This Terms and Conditions is effective upon acceptance for all new and existing users from May 2024. Welcome to Pitch and Catch FZ LLC (P&C), the website (the “Site”) of P&C, covering all registered domain endings, such as “.com.” P&C provides its services and Terms of Service (“TOS”) to you subject to the terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) detailed herein.
By using our Site and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age; minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
Before using the Site, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions and linked to this Terms of Service (“TOS”) and the Privacy Policy on our website and this TOS is effective upon acceptance. For any use of any service of the Site makes you a user (“User”) and constitutes your acceptance of this TOS and all applicable laws. If this TOS dispute with any other documents, the TOS will control for the purposes of usage of the Site.
If you disagree to be bounded by this TOS and the Privacy Policy, you may not use the Site in any way.
General Terms
If any of these conditions are considered invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, both parties agree that the court should undertake to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the unenforceable condition shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. P&C may offer special promotional offers which may or may not apply to your P&C account. You agree to be bounded by any additional terms and conditions for these special promotional offers. The United Arab Emirates Laws will govern this TOS and the relationship between you and P&C. P&C’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to succeeding or similar breaches. This TOS comprises the entire agreement between you and P&C and controls your use of the Site, replacing any prior agreements between you and P&C with respect to the Site.
Laws and Jurisdiction
These TOS, subject to the Terms and Conditions mentioned here and any disputes arising out of or related to this Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the UAE law.

P&C grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, view, use and display the Site and its contents on your computer or other devices, provided that you comply fully with these Terms & Condition. The Sites and Site Content are for your personal, educational and non-commercial use only. No part of the Site or its contents (or any of our Products advertised or sold on the Site) may be copied, reproduced, republished, exploited, downloaded, uploaded, posted, transmitted, modified, derived, exploited, distributed, or used in any manner whatsoever, without our prior written consent or that of the applicable rights owner, except for limited personal, non-commercial or educational purposes and any other limits as permitted by these Terms and/or applicable law.
Account Registration
To access the features of our site, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all the activities under your account.
You also agree to provide true, accurate, latest, and complete personal information in the Site’s registration form. If you provide any false information, P&C has reasonable right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any future use of the Site. You agree to notify P&C immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. P&C reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in its sole discretion.
Limitation of liability
You understand and agree that P&C and its partners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this site or for any agreement with P&C.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold P&C (and its directors, agents, employees and partners) harmless from any claims, expenses or demand, including attorneys’ fees, or arising out of your use of the website, or related to your violation of this TOS or any law.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the UAE laws (as country of domicile).
Electronic Communication
When you use the Site or send emails to P&C, you are electronically communicating with P&C; hence, you consent to receive communications from P&C electronically. P&C will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all notices, agreements, disclosures, and other communications that we electronically provide to you indemnify any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Use/Access To Password Protected/Secure Areas
Use or access to password protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals trying to access these areas of the Site may be subject to legal action.
Verified Authenticity:
All P&C items are guaranteed to be authentic. We have our in-house team who are experts in taking extra care in ensuring that every item listed on our site has gone through the authentication process.
Each item goes through thorough inspection process to ensure that it meets the manufacturer’s quality standards as regards to craftsmanship. We provide a lifetime authenticity guarantee in case any item we offer is not authentic.
All watches sold have been inspected as authentic and are in good working condition. P&C clearly indicated the inclusions and condition under the product details section. Any modifications like straps/links and aftermarket diamonds are clearly indicated under the Product Description section. P&C does not cover such modified watches under the warranty policy. The authorized service centers or brands will not acknowledge modified watches and the resale value should not be matched to non-modified watches.
Warranty
P&C offers a lifetime authenticity guarantee for all items sold on our platforms. In case of unlikely event of an item sold is proven to be inauthentic, the buyer will receive a 100% refund. Any modified items which are mentioned in Product Details does not cover this warranty policy.
The lifetime authenticity guarantee only covers items purchased from P&C after May 2024. The guarantee is non-transferrable and may only be exercised by the buyer who directly purchased from P&C. The guarantee will only last until the lifetime of the buyer.
The lifetime authenticity guarantee is a policy of P&C and shall not be treated as a certificate of authenticity.
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, P&C is not responsible for (i) your failure to follow safety warnings, precautions or any other instructions provided with the Product, (ii) your negligence in use of the Product, or (iii) your intentional misuse of the Product.”
Payment Method:
P&C provides payment options for our buyer’s convenience such as Visa and Master Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe and Apple/Google Pay. Please note that some payment methods might be unavailable for specific destination countries, specific products, or buyers. In certain cases, for payments made via Credit Card, we might get in touch with you to request for additional personal documents, such as a passport copy or any valid government ID in order to confirm your order. This is required to verify the identity of the buyer and protect the cardholder against any possibility of fraudulent payments.
Miscellaneous Provisions
P&C may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and modifications become effective immediately upon publication. If we make changes that are material, we may use reasonable efforts to attempt to notify you (buyer), including by email or placing a prominent notice on the Website. However, it is the your sole responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions from time to time to view any such changes. Your continued access to the website or use of P&C’s services after the modifications have become effective will be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
The headings used in this T&C are provided for convenience only and shall not be used to construe meaning or intent.
These Terms are between you and P&C. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms and none of these parties will need to ask anybody else to sign-off on ending or changing it. P&C may transfer or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms either in whole or in part to another organisation, without your prior consent and without prior notice to you.
Cancellation and Changes
You may, at any time prior to your Order being marked as “Processed” on our online Order tracking system, contact us or use the Website to cancel or change the Order. If you do so, we will at your request either: (i) cancel the Order free of charge and issue you with a full refund, or (ii) we may agree to make certain changes to the Order, subject to stock availability and any applicable price adjustments. If the Order has already been “Processed” by us, you will be unable to cancel the Order or make changes to the Order. You can return the items in accordance with our returns process after you receive the Order for a refund, and alternatively place a new Order with the items you wish to purchase.
Returns and Refund
Local and International Online orders: If for any reason it does not meet your expectation with your purchased, you may return it within 3 days maximum from the date received in the same condition, full/original packing (dust bag, cards, tags, accessories, etc.), and the P&C security tag MUST be attached to accept returns. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund. As a condition for the return of damaged products, we require supporting unpacking videos and photos within the 3-day return period to be emailed to info@pitchandcatchfzllc.com before the shipment process.
For watches, we accept returns within 3 days maximum from the date received only if the watch is not in working condition. Watches must be returned in same condition purchased with P&C security tag attached and full inclusions and packaging.
Once the item is returned in our facility, after the item gone through inspection (free from any alteration/modification) and if eligible, we will process the refund which will take approximately 7-14 working days and will be processed only through the original payment method, excluding delivery costs.
For international order returns, buyer is responsible for properly packaging, labelling, and shipping the product to us. Please retain your proof of shipping/postage as a safeguard for your shipment and email the copy to info@pitchandcatchfzllc.com. The buyer will have to pay for the shipping cost.
Before placing an order, please read the product description and feel free to message us if you have any questions on your selected items to avoid any returns. Photos are available on our website and we are happy to provide more as requested.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and original packaging is included.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with original branded boxes and dust bags, if provided, and placed inside a protective box.
Beauty and Skin Care products must be returned unopened and unused with packaging seals intact.
Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, including branded packaging.
P&C will not accept returns of products which are not suitable for return due to:

Delivery and Fees
Upon receiving your payment, delivery within UAE cities is within 3 – 6 business days and 7 to 14 business Days to Other Countries (except UAE holidays and weekends).
Orders placed outside of business hours (9am-6pm) and/or during any public holidays will be deemed placed on the first business day following the Order’s submission. Delivery timelines are estimates and delay may inevitably occur. Order delivery may face delays during promotion periods, sale season and public holidays. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or you request a postponement of the delivery. It is your duty to ensure you are available to receive the Order delivery.
We are offering free delivery for all UAE address for orders above AED500 and Order value less than 500 AED will be charged of 25 AED. Local orders are primarily delivered through our own fleet of drivers or by a renowned courier for selective locations
Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page and rates will be based on the specific region of the country and volume of the parcel. Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct and matches the address you want us to ship to, to avoid any delay and re-shipment fee.
Our items are shipped from Dubai, UAE. All international orders are shipped through leading courier services. International Buyer is responsible for all Customs Taxes, Duties and other local charges to be charged by the receiving country during the clearance process and also to provide any additional documents as and if requested by the Customs Officials. We suggest that you seek Internet Assistance to get an estimate of the applicable Customs Duties & Taxes in your country. P&C is not liable for delay in orders because of Customs clearances at the destination.
P&C shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the Products due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, other unforeseen circumstances. P&C shall not be liable for any damage to the product in transit due to mishandling by the logistics partner.
Pitch and Catch works with local and global partners to maintain accurate listings of their items online. In few cases, we may be unable to successfully deliver the item/s because of a discrepancy in live inventory listings with our partners. As such, Pitch and Catch may cancel an order if an item is unavailable/damaged/ found in a poor condition and make a full refund if the order has been paid. The placement of an order does not guarantee delivery of an item.
Pitch and Catch will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials (e.g. crocodile skin) to certain countries.
