Cancellation/Changes/Returns & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES 

You may, at any time prior to your Order being marked as “Processed” on our online Order tracking system, contact us or use the Website to cancel or change the Order. If you do so, we will at your request either: (i) cancel the Order free of charge and issue you with a full refund, or (ii) we may agree to make certain changes to the Order, subject to stock availability and any applicable price adjustments. If the Order has already been “Processed” by us, you will be unable to cancel the Order or make changes to the Order. You can return the items in accordance with our returns process after you receive the Order for a refund, and alternatively place a new Order with the items you wish to purchase.

RETURNS AND REFUND 

Local and International Online orders: If for any reason it does not meet your expectation with your purchased, you may return it within 3 days maximum from the date received in the same condition, full/original packing (dust bag, cards, tags, accessories, etc.), and the P&C security tag MUST be attached to accept returns. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund. As a condition for the return of damaged products, we require supporting unpacking videos and photos within the 3-day return period to be emailed to info@pitchandcatchfzllc.com before the shipment process. 

For watches, we accept returns within 3 days maximum from the date received only if the watch is not in working condition. Watches must be returned in same condition purchased with P&C security tag attached and full inclusions and packaging.

Once the item is returned in our facility, after the item gone through inspection (free from any alteration/modification) and if eligible, we will process the refund which will take approximately 7-14 working days and will be processed only through the original payment method, excluding delivery costs.

For international order returns, buyer is responsible for properly packaging, labelling, and shipping the product to us. Please retain your proof of shipping/postage as a safeguard for your shipment and email the copy to info@pitchandcatchfzllc.com. The buyer will have to pay for the shipping cost.

Before placing an order, please read the product description and feel free to message us if you have any questions on your selected items to avoid any returns. Photos are available on our website and we are happy to provide more as requested.

 

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and original packaging is included.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with original branded boxes and dust bags, if provided, and placed inside a protective box.
  • Beauty and Skin Care products must be returned unopened and unused with packaging seals intact.
  • Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, including branded packaging.

P&C will not accept returns of products which are not suitable for return due to: 

  • Health safety 
  • Hygiene reasons
  • Custom-made / personalized products
