Upon receiving your payment, delivery within UAE cities is within 3 – 6 business days and 7 to 14 business Days to Other Countries (except UAE holidays and weekends).
Orders placed outside of business hours (9am-6pm) and/or during any public holidays will be deemed placed on the first business day following the Order’s submission. Delivery timelines are estimates and delay may inevitably occur. Order delivery may face delays during promotion periods, sale season and public holidays. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or you request a postponement of the delivery. It is your duty to ensure you are available to receive the Order delivery.
We are offering free delivery for all UAE address for orders above AED500 and Order value less than 500 AED will be charged of 25 AED. Local orders are primarily delivered through our own fleet of drivers or by a renowned courier for selective locations.
Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page and rates will be based on the specific region of the country and volume of the parcel. Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct and matches the address you want us to ship to, to avoid any delay and re-shipment fee.
Our items are shipped from Dubai, UAE. All international orders are shipped through leading courier services. International Buyer is responsible for all Customs Taxes, Duties and other local charges to be charged by the receiving country during the clearance process and also to provide any additional documents as and if requested by the Customs Officials. We suggest that you seek Internet Assistance to get an estimate of the applicable Customs Duties & Taxes in your country. P&C is not liable for delay in orders because of Customs clearances at the destination.
P&C shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the Products due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, other unforeseen circumstances. P&C shall not be liable for any damage to the product in transit due to mishandling by the logistics partner.
Pitch and Catch works with local and global partners to maintain accurate listings of their items online. In few cases, we may be unable to successfully deliver the item/s because of a discrepancy in live inventory listings with our partners. As such, Pitch and Catch may cancel an order if an item is unavailable/damaged/ found in a poor condition and make a full refund if the order has been paid. The placement of an order does not guarantee delivery of an item.
Pitch and Catch will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials (e.g. crocodile skin) to certain countries.
